Once logged in, check your audio (it is suggested that this should be done everytime you log in) by going to Tools/Audio/Audio Setup Wizard

The page will then take First Time Users through the steps
Pop-up Box: (Click Yes on Do you want to continue?)
After Step 1 look for an orange note verifying that the computer has required software.
Scroll to Step 2: Click on Configuration Room to adust audio settings. Pop-up Window: If yellow security box appears at the top, click on Click here for options and Download file.
Elluminate will launch: Follow the steps on the screen. then close window and return when complete
